On Monday Night, Elyse had a very special "1st"! She attended her first Cardinals baseball game. The big boys from STL came down to Springfield to take on our Double A Springfield Cardinals in an exhibition game. We bleed Cardinal Red in our house so Elyse has no chance of not being a fan! She did wonderfully and we had a fabulous night at the ballpark.
We enjoy having a Cardinals affiliate so close...it gives us a little baseball fix when we can't make it all the way to STL.
It was a packed house & gorgeous weather...not too hot & not too cold!
Elyse was very serious during most of the game, just taking in all the new sights & sounds that she'd never experienced before.
My perfect-to-me family...Cardinals fans for life!

We hope to head to STL sometime this fall for a game at Busch Stadium. Elyse made two trips while in mommy's belly...she certainly can't miss a game her first year!
